Per Person Prices. All airfares are subject to change or prior sell-out at any time until we have you confirmed. $250 Per Person Deposit must be paid within 7 days of air confirmation unless we tell you that the airfare is instant purchase at time of deposit, in which case airfare may be higher. Final payments are due May 25, 2007. Airfares are based on a combination of one X class and one Z class on Atlanta, and 2 X class seats on Chicago or Newark. Kids fares posted, are based on the same letters of the alphabet. If higher fare class seats are the only seats available when you call or email to book, we will quote you a higher price before accepting a deposit from you. After we take a deposit, prices are locked in, except that US or Jamaica departure taxes are subject to change at any time and collectable from clients that are booked and deposited, but not final paid. If the airline notifies us, in advance, of any contracted price increases or tax increases, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to pre-pay your ticket to avoid increasing fares as tickets once cut and paid for cannot be increased by an airline. All airfares are nonrefundable once issued but are reusable for up to one year from date of issue on the same carrier with payment of a $50 change charge. Flight segments must be cancelled or changed if you are going to miss an aircraft because any missed flight segments will cancel your entire itinerary and make the ticket lose value.
